01Technology
What does the
detector hear?
The coil sends a short magnetic pulse. When metal is in range, the pulse induces small currents in the object. Once the pulse switches off, the P7 picks up their fading signal.
The P7 is designed to find larger metal objects, including in heavily mineralised soil.
